Organized below are Independence Harbor's ceremony and reception questionnaires (PDF files), and floor plan and table seating charts. These "tools" are designed to assist you in planning for the many details of your wedding events at the "Harbor".
Simply click on the questionnaire links below to automatically download the PDF files to your computer or device, and begin filling them out at your leisure. Once you have completed the questionnaire(s), please save your responses by clicking "File Save" or "File Save As" and then attach the saved PDF document(s) with your details in an email to info@ihweddings.com. Independence Harbor requests that the questionnaires be completed and submitted to the "Harbor" two months prior to your wedding date.
