"Celebration of Life Booking Information"
Minimum guarantee of 50 persons.
*Event time frame (Any 3 hours from 10 am to 3 pm).
*Approximate guest count is required at the time of booking.
*The "final guest count" is due no later than 9:00 pm, the night before the event.
*Payment is required for the actual attendance, but no less than the "final guest count"
or the guaranteed minimum, whichever is higher.
*A Deposit of $500.00 by cash or credit card is required at the time of booking.
*Payment of the Guaranteed Minimum (less the initial $500 deposit) is required
by cash or credit card 48 hours prior to the event.
*Payment for the "final guest count" is due by credit card at the time the final guest count is received.
*Any remaining event balance is due by cash or credit card at the conclusion of the event.
